I had purchased this phone 3 months back & I have great regrets abt my decision, when I got this cell, i was so excited abt tht, actually I was planning to go for Sony ericsson W705. but as I am a Great Nokia Fan, I sticked with Nokia.To tell you frankly this is my 5th Nokia Phone.
But with Great dissapointment, I have to say tht Nokia does'nt care for its Valued & prestigious customers.
I am facing lot of problems wid my cell, firstly it got hung for so many times, the camera Zoom in / Zoom Out won't work, keypad issues, ringer was malfunctioning, some times other applications were not performing upto the mark.
I contacted the local Nokia care center & those untrained technicians screwed up my cell, they reaped off my keypad, the panel was miss fit.they told me tht they hve to send my cell to thier L3 coz its having some hardware issues, This is the third time they have prepared tht Jobsheet & sent my cell to thier L3 team. its a very traumatic experience , I have wasted a lot of time & money going to & fro to the local Nokia centre which is miles away frm my town.
Never in my Life, will I go for a NOKIA PHONE !!
