Nokia Lumia 520 is a mid segment phone with windows os/latest version is available via OTA update
Windows OS doesn't have a huge app library like android
I had this around 6 months and now I'm using an android phone
talking about the performance, the phone is pretty fast with Windows os, limited RAM(512mb) and optimization would cause you some lags but for an average person like me it won't be a problem with only one app running at a time
Nokia's camera quality is best in the industry, and lumia 520 won't disappoint you at all, it takes decent pictures with good amount of details
lack of secondary camera is the reason why I've switched to another one
call quality on lumia 520 is above average and it does deliver good speaker sound as well
the screen is bright and crisp, for one hand using its perfect, Corning gorilla glass is another nifty feature
build quality is good and it won't slip out of hand, even though I've dropped it couple of times, it survived without any problems
the battery capacity is some what low but, with Nokia's efficient system management it can last a day
lack of 4G connectivity is another con
8GB RAM is enough to hold some movies and music, audio quality via nokia's earphone is great
when it was released it was the best for the price, but now there are alternatives that you can consider
