I fell in love with the phone the day I bought it. A sleek, stylish number and a much required but praiseworthy improvement over the earlier E61i form factor. I would recommend this over any touchscreen phone as the QWERTY in this is really easy on the thumbs.
The OS being Symbian has a much higher stability as compared to Windows Mobile OS. I have my corporate mail exchange including calendars, tasks and contacts configured on this. I find that the mail client is quite user-friendly and doesn't leave anything to ask for.
It has a 3 mth free subscription to Nokia Maps (not bad at all to try out!!!).Also you can switch modes when you want to spend some personal time or at home so that you are not disturbed by emails from your office... I feel thats a great option.
The only thing I missed was a USB charger which I had to buy as a separate accessory. Great product from Nokia!!Even the Firmware upgrade is so easy (Nokia Update Manager... don't forget to back up your device (Nokia PC Suite) before upgrading
