I made a big mistake of buying E 63 phone recently which is one of the worst phone which I have ever used. Their customer service center is even worse than the product quality and they should renamed it as Customer ditching center, as I believe that's the apt word for them. There's no proper response from the customer care center and they say that, they don't have the policy of exchanging the phone and they can only service.
I have also sued them now in the Consumer forum and have to wait and see, how fair the system is and Nokia is responding.
