Budgetary phone. Review on Nokia 7210 Supernova

There was an added enhancement offered with this model of Nokia, when it was initially launched, which was a speaker. One of my colleagues had purchased the same phone a couple of weeks before I purchased the phone, and it was he who suggested it to me, as he was quite very happy with it. He had received the speaker (he bought it from a different Nokia Priority Store), and said that the phone is worth what was spent on it.Unfortunately, the speaker was not available when I purchased the phone. If I had received the speaker, poor voice clarity of the loudspeaker would have gone unnoticed. Although the voice clarity is good for the earphones and during calls, it is too bad while on loud speaker mode. Similarly, the camera, which has good picture quality for photos, has poor clarity for videos. The videos appear a little blurred, but here, the sounds recorded during the video are quite clear.

All the regular features like camera, bluetooth, music player, etc can be used with ease, but there are certain added features in this model. Under the Applications option, there is an option called ’Collection’ which has some options named ’Sensor’, ’Widset’, etc. The User’s Guide, which is provided for the user to know more about the features in the phone so that they can be put to proper use, does not explain about these new features in Nokia. The ’Sensor’ looks something like twitter in phones, which can be operated by using Bluetooth. But whether these new features are good or not cannot be evaluated, as it is not known how to use them.

Although there are these minor drawbacks, Nokia 7210 Supernova is a very good phone. I’d call it another great product from Nokia. They certainly know how to stay the No.1 brand.
