I will Never buy nokia again................... Review on Nokia 6600

Hello everyone!!!!

My second review is about my personal experiance with nokia phones.Nokia 6600 is my second Nokia phone.I bought it about 5 months and since then I have given it for repair to Nokia 4 times and everytime they keep it for 10-15 days before returning.

I have realised that Nokia phones works only for an year and there's no fun spending 15k on a handset which does not function good,moreover customer service at a nokia service centre is very poor.It looks like you are standing in a fish market.You go to the janakpuri centre and wait for about 2-3 hours before you can get your phone checked by an attendent ,who will treat you as if he is obliging you by getting the phone repaired.All the 4 times I went to the centre for the same problem and still they do not want to replace it.

When you go there to collect your phone you will again have to wait for an hour or so because they do not have any computerised system to check whether your phone is back from headquarter or not.And if they cannot find it in an hour they will give you another date and will harass you as if they are obliging us.Who is answerable here ,the company does not repair it at once,the staff is very rude.The staff always try to avoid customers,no manager is present there to handle.

I will never recommend a Nokia mobile phone.You spend your hard earned money on something which does not give you value for money.They do not understand the value of time.We are working people and have other responsibilities also.Nokia is not trying to calculate how many repairs they are getting in a day.

Please do not buy phones just cuz they look good.
