I recently bought Nokia 5140i from an online store - mainly beacuse of the richness of features it offers. It is feature rich no doubt as you can see from the other review of the same producty on this site(I have no intention of repeating the same thing).
Howther there are many things that can potentially put you off:
There is a flap at the bottom which you have to force turn open to be able to put the cell on charger or to attach the headphone for radio. Removing the flat leaves you wondering how ling the flap is going to last.
Despite there being a louspeaker on the phone you cant play FM on that loud speaker(or maybe I have not been able to figure it out yet)
The camera location is such that unless you are careful your fingers can come in way(they could have placed the camer a little higher). Photograph quality is so so
the phone has a funny tendency of sms-ing the last number used. I normally put it in my trousers' pocket. Due to pressure and pressing on the key it keeps on sending multiple SMSes to the last contacted nymber(can be a drain in your purse)
Otherwise the phone is excellent for who use in harsh environments
