I am just producing down a mail sent to NoBroker for which no response is being received.
I have not received any response with respect to the mail seeking refund against which no services have been provided by NoBroker. It is surprising that while taking the business there have been numerous calls and now when an issue is being raised there is no proper response.
Probably this may be a type of method adopted by Nobroker not to respond to such escalations so that the individual himself will be fedup and stop communicating on the issue in due course of time.
This sort of unethical and non professional way of working is not expected from Nobroker. I have paid the full amount of Rs 8849/- against which no services have been received and also not receiving any response for my mails.
I am of the opinion that in spite of these emails if no response is received then this has to be taken up in the social media and other channels about the way of business operations done by Nobroker.
Hope after going through the above mentioned facts, I may get a response.
