Max Bupa Health Insurance. Review on Niva Bupa Health Insurance

1. How to apply - This is my first experience with Max Bupa health insurance company. I call to customer care for more information about insurance plan to this company and an agent to my home in next day.

   
   




2. Insurance plans - An agent shows all insurance plan and give all information about the plan. I understand about all insurance policy and I chose a plan for my family. I fill a form and complied all formality.

   
   




3. Customer service - I call to customer care after one week and asked about my account activation of health insurance. They did not give any information about my activation account. I call to customer care again after four days but again not give any information.
