Is it possible to have a bad tour with a good operator?
Yes.
Our tour turned a nightmare due to Overbooking.
We got apology letters later from the management.
But What is the use?
Writing this review is like reliving a nightmare that our children went through.
I request future travelers to be prepared for the worst just in case.
