Make sure which are the dropping points of the bus while returning to Mumbai otherwise you will be in trouble as they will drop you anywhere on highways and will leave to your destiny.
When I contacted the Travel Office, they said that all the people know Also they assume that all people know the route back to Mumbai which is eastern express highway or western express highway and some points which only drivers know. So the travel companies’ persons do not bother to inform it to the travelers.
The schedules some times are not maintained, It is understandable the bus should be full but too much delay causes irritation. The busses need good maintenance to avoid poor service and need better control of issuing of tickets to avoid allocating same seats to more than one person.
