I know it was my fault by buying something I had never seen but computer just showed me a really good Nec e313 functioning phone, which had video and loadz more of fun things.
What attractedme the most was 1000 txt messges free & 500min free every min but who knew after buying this phone I have to pay for everything such as games :( the company even didnt give a single game in the phone and for playing a game on phone 50p or £2 pounds is charged (everytime u download a game costing 50p you got to pay every min).
What can be a worst thing if you come to know the cover which is mainly free with every second mobile in UK is costing £10 but still 3 says it has the best price which is unbeatable.
No wonder if everything has to be paid then its unbeatable
Talking about network half the time you'll get a beep sound from your bag as the cell phone doesnt get network at any place except few luckly. Luckly if you have the network you still might have problem as, as soon you'll call someone after few seconds the phone might disconnect on its own and its such a shame a mobile phone getting disconnected every min (people might take you wrong way for e.g. saving money huh, or she/he are dum heads)
Coming to customer help which is free ..thank god but takes ages to be answered 'you are in a waiting list , we'll try to sort out your problem as soon as possible' and if you are lucky to get through waiting list the person attending might say 'sorry miss actually our repairing or networking team is off today as its too late'.
The company has great sites must say they work alot on them and less on the mobile phones. Coming out of all the troubles if you get through again for one complaint for which you have to call atleast thrice or four times, some person may say 'Your phone needs to be updated kindly call back on friday or monday' ...
Updated.. just got it a month back...Gosh allover I think the phone is worst phone except it has great deals . I had heard the company was imporving , well still looking forward for the improvements...
Other than that phone has loads of new functions like video msg, video talk, can make a movie , record music/sounds, good camera effects (which no other phone consists.)
