Aramex is the culprit in my case too. The tracking info in respect of an item showed that it returned to mumbai after coming to hyderabad. I contacted customer care. it was unbelievable that they asked me to cancel the order and place another order with next delivery option that usually costs Rs 100.../- To compensate they gave me the gift certificate for rs. 100/- apart from the refund. Strangely the item was delivered by aramex on the same day. I notified them that i got the item as well as the gc and refund of amount paid. And they told that they cannot receive the payment. So I got the 100 rupee gift card as well as the watch for free!Read More

my experience is totally different. this is the ONLY site where the customer support is available 24/7 and who UNDERSTAND the query. The closest indian competitors will send a sort of mail merge response that does not address the query raised.

It is dispatched by cepl (distributor for datawind) on 27th may and held up in hyderabad by sales tax authorities for non-payment of taxes since 28th may. as seen from the tracking page of dtdc.in. I do not know if it will ever get delivered!

I have placed an pre market order in jan 2012 with a promise that the ubislate will be delivered in march 2012. They have also informed that the product will be delivered on priority and packing charges of Rs.199/- will be waived. March passed away without delivery. After repeated emails, they c...Read more

Don't worry. They will send it. Perhaps a week or two behind schedule. And another nasty surprise is that the photon shown as bundled is NOT. You need to pay another 500 to 700 rupees and take a post-paid connection. They won't give you pre-paid! I think since the product is somewhat low priced, you... can't expect good support.Read More

They are good but very expensive and suggested only if very expensive cargo is to be shifted or if you get re-imbursement.

Indiatimes does not even have a record of payments received by them! I think buying anything online is stupidity in our circumstances. So far as my personal experience is concerned, futurebazaar seems to be the best among the available. Indiaplaza is also good though the fact that they send defectiv...e items is bad in itself.Read More

I have finally received the product on Saturday. But the photon 3G dongle that was shown is missing. And they have asked to register on ichoose.in or visit a tata teleservices outlet. They want a payment of Rs. 500/- towards handling charges. It is really hopeless place to transact.

I also placed the order on the same day for the same product and he emailed a tracking number which is not of any use since aramex site states that it is invalid or no data is currently available.

Not yet. He has emailed some tracking number yesterday stating that it is couriered through aramex. However, the website says it is invalid or no data is available. I don't know if this yet another trick.

My mother placed an order for micromax funbook and class IV study material on this website. They had two options (i) pay entire amount; and (ii) pay %s. 500/-. Fortunately, I was lucky to have chosen the second option. The order was placed on 6th April. It was expected to be delivered on 13th Ap...Read more

The content of the review is known as I am one of the pioneering loosers of their notorious DAPO (Dhirubai Ambani Pioneer Offer). But the clarity of the review is simply superb. Very good and highly expressive.

Reliance's interaction with direct customers started with telecom. I was also one of the DAPO customers and got out of it when they announced their offer to allow customers to leave there service when most of the hungama customers defaulted and made a huge loss to the company. Unfotunately that loss... is also absorbed by insurance companies who issued the policy without apparent application of mind and perhaps due to Late Pramod Mahajan's pressure. I came to know that Reliance has used the same strategy since beginning including the petrol and deisel retailing. And they have been successfull defying all logic. I wish they loose very heavily and understand the pain they put innocent customers to.Read More

Congratulations. You narration is very good. We too did not use front loading machines. But I tried to ask in half a dozen stores as to what is the precise reason for the front loading versions to be so expensive. Apart, from the hot water feature, nothing came out. So for the difference in price, i...t is always a good choice to buy top loading, particularly if there is no water problem.Read More
