NCFE should never be the school for your kid

I have my kid studying in this school since June 2011. This school has the most incompetent administration staff as its Principal.

His integrity(not a man of one word) and sincerity is a big suspect. The Vijaykiran Educational Trust which is behind this school is not available for any comments or communication to the parents.

NCFE Bellandur was started a little more than a year back and is now shifting to its main branch(Malleshpallya) without any communication to the existing sMr_customtakeouternt body or parents. Only parents that asked the school reception(helpless and incompetent) or chased the principal sufficiently enough to meet him or get him on the phone, got to know different versions of the LOCATION CHANGE. Till date there is no written notice or communication to the entire parent body.

The incompetent principal acts as a stooge/proxy for the Chairman and Board Members of the Trust and does not respond to any question sincerely. He only mentions that he will convey the message and his methods of communicating with parents are in itself a big question.

To one parent, he says that it is your BAD LUCK that you did not get informed about the school move.

To another, he says that if you are recording my conversation then I will not speak.

To yet another, he says that I do not FEEL like providing a notice to the parents that post March 2012, the school is no longer here. It is my personal feeling that no communication should happen.

To yet another, he says that if you do not get your kid's Transfer Certificate applied before the end of March, then it is understood that you are okay with the move and you will have to pay the next year fees even if you just want a TC.

Another rude person is the School Coordinator, who promised number of parents that school is going to be operational from this Bellandur location at least until 2015. The school has taken new admissions until January 2012 without intimating the new sMr_customtakeouternt parents that the school is ging to move elsewhere and shut down at this location.

The management seems to be probably in the business of making money via real estate(sold the school land to Nitesh Estates for Cape Cod, a rumoured sum of 50 crores). And the school trust is also in the business of cheating parents and spoiling the future of small kids. They expect existing kids aged(3-5 years) to be fine with travelling more than 13 kms(distance from Bellandur to Malleshpallya) and that too without any consultation with the affected parents/kids.

The school's reception and principal does not divulge the number of the missing-in-action "Mr Chairman N Vijay Kumar" or the person responsible for handing down such decisions. Out of the 5 contact numbers presented for the main branch Malleshpallya school, only one landline is functional. The rest of the numbers are baschandru021y out of service, have been diverted to non-working numbers. Seems to appear as if everyone is avoiding the parents. The chairman's and director's email ids do not work. Mails are bouncing of those email-ids. These chairman@ncfe.edu.in and director@ncfe.edu.in email-ids are mentioned in the NCFE website.

The affiliation to NPS is most probably a gimmickry to fool people. This is the sorry state of a school with a large photo of some trust/school being inaugurated by Dr Gopalkrishna with former President APJ Kalam in attendance.

I want a formal notice from the school about their shutting down or move related plans.

I want a refund of the entire registration money(30k+10k deposit) that was taken by the school. Nobody pays registration money for a school with less than 10 months of operational life.

I want the "Ministry of Education" and "Consumer Grievances Redressal Cell" to formally step in and stop these cheats from running a school or educational trust and spoiling the future of the nation's kids.

If someone wants to get more details then you may drop your mail-id/number at this site and I will reach out. If someone wants to refute this comment of mine, I would be more than glad to get a clarification from the same.

This is the concern of 47 parents who have their kids going to NCFE, Bellandur and not just one.
