I have been giving my Innova for Service at Nandi Toyota Kudlu gate in Bangalore. The Service Advisers are impeccably dressed and do a very glib talking. They always deliver late in the evening that you have little time to fix it the same day. It becomes nearly impossible to again come in the next few days to repair/refix the complaints. Their charges are very high and very recently I had a bitter experience. They had changed a auto part (blower motor in the ac unit) There has been a remarkable degradation of performance the day after the service.
When pointed out they refuse to acknowledge this and claim that you already had a defective unit. Yet another CON dealer who keeps swapping good parts and passes it to other customers and fools customers.
