No Going to Nagani. Review on Nagani's, Mumbai

Nagani’s store is at linking road the most happening place in Bandra. They have almost everything right from Crockery, Stationery, Toys, Designer wears, Perfumes, Cosmetics etc.

The most I like there is the Soft-Toy section and few more sections. They have good quality stuff but the staff and service is extremely rude and ill mannered. Either you will find somebody behind the counter doing some make-up or laughing. Well I don’t say that they shouldn’t do make-up or chat I know its necessary to be always presentable but at least not when the customer is standing and waiting for somebody to attend them.

The staff keeps staring or whispering amongst themselves. I have literally heard few of them talking against the store, passing comments on the customers and discussing about their personal fights between colleagues.

The management should take more care and teach their staff some good manners like how to react and talk to the customers so the customer should not feel out of the place.

This place is not that big enough and if it’s crowded then one has to keep saying oops sorry. I found the clothes little more expensive then some big shopping malls.

Well I believe the sale is mostly depends upon the salesperson, though it is a small Toy or expensive Jewelry. And yes also on the Quality.

Its true that Nagani’s does not believe in building customer relationship.
