In the world of eCommerce, there is flood of various players who just begin to attract people with there fake offers. One of the name from such shopping sites is Naaptol.com. This is worst ever experience.
Overall appearance of the site is not appealing at all and gives an impression of a cheap unbranded store. There are complaints that this company is showing something and sending something else type of company.
Selection of products for sale are also not upto the mark and one will not find good product here. The logistics partners are also not trusted and worthy to send the product safely in the hands of the purchaser.
Above all, after shopping transaction is over, there is nobody from the company to listen the complaints of the customer regarding defective, damaged or return of the product. Return of the goods policy of the company is also not clear.
Overall I will not recommend the users to test this site for online purchase whereas there are other multiple good and trusted options available.
