I placed an order with the site (Order No.1065215) on 4th Dec'10. The payment got processed immediately. I called up the customer service after a couple of days to find out as to when the product would be delivered. The representative told me that it would be delivered within 7-10 working days.
I checked up order status online after 3-4 days. It showed "stock not available". I called up customer support again & asked as to when the stock would be made available & the product would be delivered to me. He said he can't comment on the time line but the same would be delivered at the earliest (The definition of earliest is subjective, though!!).
I put feedback twice through the feedback section from my online account but I am yet to receive response on either of them. The question remains- Do they have a right to keep my order hanging/ on hold once the payment has been processed and received by them. I am sure it would cost dearly to the site if the indifferent attitude towards it's customers continues.
