Hey, this review is about Naaptol.com and its app. This review is about my recent expirience of ordering from Naaptol.
Daily Morning, there are tons of teleshopping adds on many channels and that are mainly of Naaptol. I saw an offer of 5, 3D Bedsheets at a price of 2000 Rs. Those adds were quite catchy and impressive with all the bedsheets of awesome designs.
I ordered them by calling on their number and providing all the details like pin code, address, etc. They told me that I will recieve a confirmation email and I recieved that. I paid 399 Rs as delievery charges and everything was COD ( Cash on Delievery ) .
I ordered the bedsheets on 23rd December 2017 and they told me that expected delievery time is 30th december. I was quite happy that it will reach me very fast.
But I recieved my order on 11th janurary 2018, Means 12 days late of their expected delievery time. I was very annoyed and the bedsheets further annoyed me.
All 5 bedsheets were of poor quality material and had some or the other defects. Some were torn and stiched in the middle while some were of very small size. None of them was as per their television adds. I got very frustrated and angry and decided to never order from Naaptol as they are the worst of all.
As I contacted costumer service, they told me that I have to pay extra 400 Rs for return but why should i. Its their mistake and I would really not pay for it again.
So I decided that as it was winter, I will donate these bedsheets to street beggars and did that. I was satisfied with it as these bedsheets were very usefull for poors.
But I learnt that, the lesser the price of the product is, more defected it will be.
Guys I would really not recommend this site to you as it sells manufacture defected items at low prices and fools us ( The Consumers ) . So stay away from these sites.
