FILA Shoe Problem

I purchase FILA Brand shoe from Myntra. Within 5 months of use shoes got crecked.

First I sent photos of my shoes to Myntra. After Myntra's conformation I sent back Shoe to Myntra for

replacement against manufacturing Defect from FILA.

Myntra refunded me for Defective Shoes from Fila. They credited me mntra cash back voucher.

Now I will order and buy another Pair of Shoe. Like attitude of Myntra People for taking care of customers.

Hi Hitesh,
We are in receipt of your email as well as pictures of shoes.
As informed to you earlier shoe are covered under warranty for 3 months. From the pictures emailed by you it is very evident that the shoes have been extensively used and the damage is due to usage and not due to defective/damaged or substandard product.
As a policy we would have exchanged the shoe within stipulated time however you have used it for 5 months. We have yet sent the pictures to Fila and are trying to help you even though the product is not within warranty.
We would request you to reconsider your comments as it does show us in bad light despite the fact that original and genuine products have been shipped. You can have the product verified at any Fila store to check on the originality of product.
Currently we are unable to exchange product however we are trying to help you and would appreciate you reconsidering your review in all fairness to Myntra
