I have experienced it too. This website sucks.First you don't have 70% items available and then no support until you go on the social sites.I wonder how come the popularity index shows 91%, its a clear scam.Either they are filling by themselves or directing all possible happy customers to write good review.Has anyone else felt it?


Most importantly they have stopped all the items which made them popular and trying new things. it is wrong for all those people who loved the website before.I faced problems in refund for the transaction earlier too.I don't know how it is working now.All you people please open your eyes and be honest because your feedback might be manipulated and can make several other people suffer.

Please share your order number or contact number for us to understand your service request in detail.
As mentioned in our earlier post many products are sold out due to end of season sale. As soon as we start receiving products from all the brands as per new season you will have a wide choice of products available to shop from.
We have been working towards constantly improving our services however last few days we have faced certain issues which has lead to service level going down. I would like to also share that we are going out of our way to ensure we make up for any aberration caused due to failure of system at our end.
MS.com is a fair platform for one and all to express opinion. We did receive a lot of positive feedback when we were doing good however as our service level dropped we have also received negative feedback over last few days. If we were able to control the audience commenting / rating our services we would have never received negative feedback.
As mentioned by you we have started new category of products however you will also agree that change is the only constant in today's world and Myntra is working towards bringing more variety for our customers.
From your post it is evident that we were not able to live up to your expectations even if we had resolved your service request related to refund last time. If at all you are facing any issue with your current order please share the details and we will be happy to assist you.
We are currently witnessing a huge spike of call and email volume which is leading to delayed response at times however we do have an separate online desk which works towards resolution off service request posted via social media forum.
It will also be unfair to post a comment and recommend us negatively without trying our current service offerings.
We look forward to hear from you at the earliest.
