I dont like to shop from myntra because its customer service is not really good because, what a customer need they never give an apprx or adject responce.
Product quality is also not good according to its prices of the product but its okk it is upto mark.
About its delivery time I want to tell u somthing I ordered a bag from it but it reached to me after 12-14days but they sured me that delivery will be inbetween 5-6 days so I dont like it sorry for that.
About using its app and website it is quit easy to use for that I like it little bit.
About reliability we cant trust it completly according to me but some how you can trust it too beacuse what happened with me it may be by any technical essue or fault so I cant sure about it completly.
