MYNTRA CHEATING CUSTOMERS - OFFERS NEVER FULFILLED

This is with reference to my Order Nos. placed 10 days ago:

• Inspite of being a repeat customer at your portal, I am sorry to say that the treatment meted out to customers is extremely unfriendly, unfair and troublesome.


• You run promotional offers every week and expect people to visit and buy stuff. I also purchased many items on discount. However, this comes as a total shock that the last three orders(highlighted in yellow colour) have been cancelled without any intimation or prior information or without even assigning any reason to the customer!


• This has happened in the past as well when orders placed by me were cancelled from your end – WITHOUT INTIMATION – and on calling up the service centre, I was told that the products failed the ‘Quality Check’. Why were the ‘FAILED’ products listed on the website then?


• Coming back to these orders(highlighted in yellow), it was only after the status did not change from ‘Queued’ FOR 10 DAYS that I checked again and found out that these orders have been cancelled. Again, without even the basic courtesy or duty of informing the customer. It is shocking and basically conveys the meaning that MYNTRA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS.


• Further, there are two more orders(highlighted in pink colour) for which the status is ‘QUEUED’ – I AM TOLD THAT THEY EXCEED COD LIMIT OF Rs. 20, 000/- Well you have cancelled the three orders in yellow. Now remaining orders DO NOT EXCEED COD LIMIT SO I want the items at the price that they were when I placed the order. Please confirm that these orders wills be processed because going by your so-called policy, they do not exceed Rs. 20, 000/- NOW.


• If these orders cannot be processed, I am not going to waste my time in searching for these products again on your website because they would definitely be out of stock / or not available at the earlier discounted price.


• What is the reality behind this drama? It it that you run offers and don’t even have the concerned products in stock which is why you are unable to fulfill the orders and then you claim x-y-z- reasons like ‘quality check failed’, ‘verification failed’ or ‘cod limit exceeded’. What is this sheer nonsense? You don’t even inform the customer who is simply wasting time on your website!   And why don’t you tell the truth that you cannot honour the discounts that you advertise or that you don’t have adequate stock to run the offers that you run!


• I AM DEFINITELY TAKING THIS FEEDBACK TO ALL MY FRIENDS, FAMILY, COLLEAGUES AND BASICALLY THE WHOLE WORLD. You can carry all your promotional offers but at the heart of the matter, the truth is that you do not care about basic customer service AND YOU CANNOT HONOUR THE COMMITMENT YOU MAKE TO THE CUSTOMER. Just wait and watch how you are BOYCOTTED BY CUSTOMERS ONLY THEN YOU WILL WAKE UP AND REALIZE IT IS NOT FAIR TO TAKE CUSTOMERS FOR A RIDE LIKE THIS…


• I demand to know why the orders were cancelled. The guy at the service centre told me that the value for cash on delivery exceeded Rs 20, 000/-. Well imagine the surprise again. There is no policy on your website that tells the customer ‘please do not exceed Rs 20, 000/-‘.


• Again look at my track record as a customer – do I give the sense that I would NOT PAY ON DELIVERY?


• I HAVE WASTED ENORMOUS TIME GOING THRU THE PRODUCT CATALOGUE to select the items which I carefully placed the order for. I am available 24x7 for calls or text messages but there was no communication that the orders cannot be processed due to this cash-on-delivery-value-limit.


• Please compensate me for the time that I have wasted in placing the orders because for me, time is precious and I have already wasted enough time.


• Also if I place the orders again, what is the guarantee that I will find these products in my desired size etc. and at the same earlier price?


• You need to act seriously on this issue by doing the following:




  1. Reinstate the earlier orders – same items and at same prices – and send them to me. I will PAY ON DELIVERY.




  2. If option 1 is not possible, provide me proper compensation for the time and opportunity lost and for basically this entire SHABBY EXPERIENCE AT MYNTRA.COM. Cashback or coupon etc. that you offer your loyal customers certainly is very much applicable in my case.




  3. Please process my orders which are still alive – highlighted in PINK COLOUR – at the earliest and confirm the same.




  4. Make the CASH ON DELIVERY policy as clear as possible for customers.




  5. What is this 20, 000/- limit – is it for the month or for limit for open orders – either way, I am still not clear and I promise I will not return to MYNTRA UNLESS FAST ACTION IS TAKEN TO COMPLETE MY ORDERS AND ADEQUATE COMPENSATION IS PROVIDED.
