I’ve been shopping online for quite long and 70-80% of all my clothing needs in the last 5 years come through e-commerce especially MYNTRA. Although they are the biggest online fashion hub but they have lot of downside in their trade.
They don't even have a toll free number unlike amazon and flipkart despite the fact that its part of flipkart now.
They don't use amount displayed for an item as the final price for discount. Sometimes I have seen that the 50% off became 35% off for a product unlike amazon & flipkart.
While calling customer care, instead of going directly to the point, they have long list to listen to, for which the amount is deducted from customer's sim. Thus, I sometimes end up wasting money without even getting a solution for my problem.
Most of products on Myntra have paid delivery which is not the case with amazon or flipkart.
Most of the times, they are misleading, like during the sales they show some product for which you will have to add to your basket but when the I open basket at sale time, all product will be out of stock like if the sale is starting at 00:00(mid night) and if you open your app at 00:00, then also u wont be able to buy any thing.
If payment is made online(card or net banking) and afterwards you want to cancel it, myntra will take around 1 to 2 week, to pay back your paid money!:((not happening with amazon and flipkart)
Delivery is too late.
