1) Delivery lag is too much. I ordered some basic grocery 6-7 days back and ever since I am being told that it will be delivered "by tomorrow".
2) Poor inventory. - All the items shown on the portal are not available during procurement.
3) Poor quality of supplied goods
4) Basic stuff not available.
5) Most importantly very very poor quality and 3rd grade customer support.
6) No order cancellation option.
7) No order modification option.
8) No timeliness for delivery.
