I had ordered a cake on 3rd Oct, 2020 for my mom's birthday with a fixed slot delivery, the delivery executive first informed me about running late due to traffic and then without even delivering the cake, he marked it as delivered.
When I tried contacting the customer care, there was no response and even the delivery guy switched off his phone.
After a lot of failed attempts of reach out to customer service team, their chat bot replied saying that the cake is delivered and please a complaint if there is any issue regarding the order, and then I raised a complaint and till today there is no response from the complaint team.
The cake was delivered to me at 9PM(with a fixed delivery slot of 6PM) in a bad shape and bad manner.
This is the worst experience ever.
