I have joined this company as customers support executive in 2012, and location was bareilly branch. It was the first branch which was opened there. I myself alone worked hard to open the branch. I worked for its landline connection, branch interiors, ac installation, machine purchasing etc. So I must say the overall working environment was good.Now come on the work profile. As there are two type of post in a branch. 1st type is the branch manager and 2nd type is a CCE. Job specification of a BM is to manage the branch activities, grants on the loans, financial supervision etc. While a CCE is the primary asset of a branch. All the clerical work is to be done from his/her side. He must operates all the customer related work, all the document overlook, gold authentication work, customer service, marketing campaigns and strategy are also done by him. So here a lots of opportunities for a person.Now come to the salary section. As compare to he BM, a CCE salary is quite low, hence it should be encrrased. In 2012 it was only 10000 pm. But in now a days I m not so aware the salary structure. But I must say with my experience that in now a days it is not more than 12000 pm. So I think it should increase upto 16000-17000.Now come on the topic of career growth. As in every marketing based job, the rate of growth is high. But in terms of CCE in is not much high. An employee should always work in such a manner so that he is able to maximise his own ability.Best wishes to them who are going to join the company.
