Hi all, here my genuine review on Muthoot finance, as they are private finance they had very well growth in the finance sector, the muthoot belongs to Kozhencherry Kerala, now they spread there finance to all over, and that growth only because they are reliable.
I have also pledged gold there, and they are charging some interest rate on it, if cash is our need then why we bother about interest, and in minutes we will get the cash from muthoot, its very fast and giving high value for our gold.
As per my experience, it is good, customer service they are doing well, rate of golds they are giving high value and interest charges little high, satisfaction is sure, almost 95% staff are giving a good response to the customer and we can rate them above average.
