I had gone for a Gold Loan at Muthoot Fincorp Ltd., Maruthinagar, Madiwala. They are fooling customers, informs a different Rate of interest and charges more than informed. Worst customer service and incompetent staff.
Not aware of the meaning Monthly and Day wise. Seems the company is also not organized. They do not have a complaint cell; no person will be available in the branch to complain. Refuses to provide Tel no or email address of the next Hierarchy.
Do not have a complaint box. Better not to deal with them, please avoid.
