Having said that, the product itself is not up to the mark. UI isn't very impressive. The cameras, both front and back are great. Grip is comfortable. Form factor is great too.
But what made me rate this product at 3 stars is the speaker. The loud speaker stopped working within 30 days of purchase. While looking for a solution on the internet, I found that this is a common problem with all Motorola mobile phones. Review forums are full of complaints about the loudspeaker of Motorola phones. It is definitely a hardware problem because if I press hard on the back cover or twist the phone, the speaker starts working; the moment the pressure is released, it stops working again.
Imagine a phone in which you don't hear the incoming rings.!
Hope the Motorola company does something about this issue soon.
