I have been trading with MOSL Bangalore for the past 6 months or so. I will list down by the features
- Site: Has a very complicated interface but does not deliver the basic features like portfolio status etc. Speed is fine.
2.Service: They claim that we can open Mutual funds in their site. But I opened a few and they rejected all of them saying KYC not updated. If that was the case, nobody from Bangalore office even called me to let me know about it., that when I am a so-called HNI customer for them. They don't want you to open MFs as they don't get much profit in that. People working there are unprofessional.
- Relationship adviser/broker: Take calls from them but DON'T follow them by stone. Think and then invest. These are mediocre people who are put to make calls. I found that there is no difference between me and them :). They don't even have a track of which companies are declaring quarterly results etc. Initially I lost a lot of money by blindly following their calls. Some can be very pressuring.
Overall its an ok service. Nothing better than the others.
