VERY POOR SOFTWARE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MOSL. Review on Motilal Oswal Financial Services

I am surprised that SEBI has no control on Brokerages house which is very pathetic .It makes very unhappy to retail client to do online trading .In fact SEBI should regularly monitor all brokerage house .At present I am on Motilal Oswal securities and so fed up I cannot write here.I cannot write a single point which makes me proud of working with them The grading/rating is very very poor .if you ask anything even with their senior they can not reply you correctly rather mislead us.

I request SEBI to take immediate and corrective steps.They do not have correct back office;trading software to give instant information to the customer  where you can exactly know abouit daily profit and cumulative profit .Their customer care officer if not in mood to respond, you will disconnect your call .The sherkhan is still much better platform where charges are very low and quick response .the best is kotak securities but charges are extremly high so no fun opening account with them .Even SEBI is also not able to make check on them

My request to retail investor plz atleast donot open account with MOSL otherwise you repent .In MOSL there is not a singal responsible officer whome you can talk and get resolve your problem .even after writting your problem there is no response fron grievence cell .I am really surprise how Mr Ramdeo aggarwal `VICE MD is managing this brokerage.
