I bought this iron almost 6 month ago and still I am using this. It has a quality of easy to use, as I am a bachelor I need to get my clothes iron everyday and with this type of iron, it is not a problem anymore. it is very much durable. The style & design of this is also good and the quality of ironing is good. It has a facility of water input and it has the cleaning button also. I am using it very easily. Frankly speaking its been 6 month I bought this, till now I never have to approach to service center, so I cant tell about the service of this. But the product is good.
