I HAD PURCHASED THREE ITEMS FROM THE MEGA MALL ON 06 NOVEMBER, 2010 INCLUDING ONE 32" LG LCD AND EUREKA FORBES VACUUM CLEANER VIDE BILL NO. CM NO. 0220116272 REGISTER NO. 115927. THE TOTAL BILL AMOUNT WAS RS. 61, 279/- I WAS TOLD THAT THE TATA SKY WILL BE INSTALLED FREE AFTER PAYMENT OF INSTALLATION CHARGES ALONG WITH THE LCD. DESPITE HAVING LOGGED IN THE REQUEST, I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT TATASKY IS NOT EVEN RESPONDING. I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING UP SINCE LAST MORE THAN TEN DAYS. I WOULD HAVE CALLED UP THEIR BOMBAY AND BANGALORE OFFICE ON THE NOS. GIVEN AT LEAST 10 TIMES WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE...
SECONDLY, THE VACUUM CLEANER SUPPLIED DOESN'T HAVE ALL THE ACCESSORIES AND A BLACK PIPE IS MISSING. WHEN I VISITED I WAS TOLD BY YOGESH/PARASHAR THAT IT WILL BE SENT AND THERE IS NO NEED TO VISIT..
IS THIS THE KIND OF SERVICE THAT YOUR CUSTOMERS GET??? DO YOU WANT THAT NOBODY SHOULD SHOP FROM YOUR MEGA MALL..
