I had written a review some days earlier regarding a LG mobile which I purchased. I also sent a formal complaint to the company......I would like to paste the reply from the company here ....and let the readers decide the stupidity & level of indifference of this company's CS ........read the last few lines

I had sent a message SMS to 5757554, 5 days back I am yet to get any reply, shows your customer service in such poor light, I wanted to get some info regarding the C660, I bought, I could not get any help from Univercell [ from where I bought it], neither from your end. I think as a traditional Nokia user I made a wrong choice to opt for your product[ and a an expensive one at that]
