Horribale phone. Review on Micromax Canvas Selfie A255

I have bought micromax canvas selfie a longtime back,i bought canvas selfie lens becouse of the latest features loaded on this mobile and also the price was also reasonable for such technology but within one month of my purchased,i started finding the person for reasle of this mobile becouse of many many reasons,not even one or the,this mobile have number of problems.the initial problem I got in this phone is of,the bettry backup of this phone is very poor,hardly 6-8 hours and if you use internet on this device,then the backup can become from worse to worst.i like to share one of my incident with this phone,i was going for the interview from ghaziabad to delhi[south delhi],the run was of 3hours because of the huge trafic,when I leave my home-the bettry was 50 percent,so I thought,this much would be enough for the way bt after 2hours my phone vibrate and showed a notification on the screen,you have only 15 percent bettry in our phone,i was shocked too see that in 2 hours my 35 percent bettry have been exhausted and even I was not using internet nor listning songs.after 10 min. a call came from my office,where I have to go for the inerview for informing that,the senoior authority who will be taking my interview are at their another center,so they said mam please note the adress of our another centre and you have to reach there within haff an hour but then my mobile vibrate and the name of the model shown on the screen,became switched off.i was soo much frustrated with this phone,i thow this phone on the floor but my job was gone because of this phone and such late remainder of the bettry backup,this was the 1st problem that I face with this handset.

now I come to the 2nd one the internal memory was too low and half of that was loaded with the buil-in useless applications,that are mostly useless and I was not able to install even the neccessary that I need for my work like outlook,whatsapp and if by mistake the applications were insatlled on the phone,they take soo much time to open.that the reason for opening that application must have been completed with frustation and anger.

apart from that the touch of the phone my horrible,i used too touch 3-4times for selecting any opton and if I had to type a text message then that was the most laborous task on this phone,my fingures started paining very bady,sometimes I even had to take medicine for the pain and for the high bood pressure,that became high because of such phone,my life have became heel after purchasing this phone and wsa happy earlier with the mobile having less features but they all work properly on time and does make my angry while handlng the phone,my next problem is with the weight of the phone was much as compared to other substitute in that segment,i dont have much problem with the weight but the accesories of the phone are like finding an unknown person in the crown having your phone number, till the time I used that phone,i could find the back cover of this in the market,even on the micromax store also,temper glass was also not there for this handset and if your display of the phone breaks,then now your job start for searching the shop for repairing the phone because the micromax care service is worst,they make the running phone a matter of scrap and when we claim that my phone was working,when I have given your,they ask whats the proof,i showed the slip,the person talking me tear the slip and said the phone was not at all working when you came to us for repairing but I am persuing law and I before coming to the store to take phone back,i take the photocopy of the slip,4copies and after that I said sir I have the photocopy of that slip,so plz make my mobile in the position,in which,i gave you this phone and I was not good experience with the micromax srevice executive.so please train them and tell to provide better service to their customer otherwise the market have n number of substitute in the market .
