I had purchased this phone Micromax Bolt A068 a year ago and let me tell you that I had done the worst thing of my life.I will not at all recommend you to buy this phone and prefer to buy a non android phone instead of buying this phone.I brought this phone last year september 2015, after a week or so the camera was giving trouble, I immediately went to the customer care department and submitted the phone. They kept the phone for a month or so, repairing the device. I called them every week and they would tell me to call on the up coming week as the repair was in process, this went on l for a month and finally one fine day they call me up telling me that the device was ready and to come and collect it. Horrible experience with this device, please don't buy this its my personal experience that I am sharing.The camera is not that great, poor sound quality and so on.
CAMERA:- Not that great at all, front camera is worse.It clicks average image in the light.
BATTERY:- Very average battery life lasts for less than a day, those who are heavy users, the battery drains even faster.I had a lot of battery issues, needed to carry a power bank all the time.
HEATING;- This phone heats up pretty quickly in just 15 mins of usage, this means using it for anything like normal android apps or playing an heavy game, or even a basic game causes the device to get heated up.
LAGGING:- This device lags a lot sometime due to playing games and even using other basic applications. The Micromax Bolt A068 is powered by 1.2GHz dual-core MT 6572M processor and it comes with 512MB of RAM.I has a 5.00 inch screen. The phone packs 4GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 32GB via a micro SD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Micromax Bolt A068 packs a 5-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 0.3-megapixel front camera.The Micromax Bolt A068 is a dual SIM(GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts two Regular SIMs. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, FM. Sensors on the phone include Proximity sensor. It has a 4.2 android Jelly Bean. This phone does not offer much features like other phones and even does not offer functions according to its price.I think micromax could have offered a better device at this price.I also have problem with the sound, I miss many calls because I cannot hear the phone ringing, and not only that the voice is very faint while talking over the phone, you will have a lot of problem if you are attending a phone call while you are situated in a noisy environment. These are basic things that a phone should provide which I don't find in this phone I am disheartened with the customer care services cause they know the best way to harass their customers, the customer service is of poor quality, they don't answer properly to the questions being asked to them.
FINAL VERDICT:- So finally I would sadly give a thumps down to this device and I hope micromax brings drastic improvement in its products so that consumers get to use a better products. THANK YOU!
