Dear all please don't ever buy any micromaxx mobiles, it is waste of money and time.


This is madhu from Hyderabad, I purchased a110 from micromaxx mobile. after only 45 days it stopped working. I took it for service at mobitech service center at secunderabad. They took handset and said if it is software problem they will give it on 1st jan or else they will call and inform.


I didnt receive any call from them and when I called them the receptionist said it will take some time we are waiting for parts. I asked what is the problem? she said I don't know? I asked them for what parts you are waiting for? She disconnected my call, And no one lifted call till next day.


Next day when I called from another number they gave me mobile number which was switched off from that day till now. Again I called them they said they have not received touch from micromaxx, and asked me to call their customer care at 011-44770044.


On 4th Jan I spoke to meenakshi of micromaxx customer care, she told me that their minimum service period is 7 days, before that they will not have any status details or will not take any complaint. She asked me to call on 07 Jan, and today when I called local service center the said they didnt receive spares. Then I called meenakshi, she asked me to lodge a complaint, and if at all I lodge a complaint only she will come to know the status of my phone until that she will not get any status.


I agreed to lodge complaint, they gave me complaint number which is 0701134517, and now their poor manager Mr Lalith said that they will know the status only after 7 days from now. Till next week they will take only to know the status. God knows what they will do after knowing the status and how much more time they need to take action on the status they receive.


I just want to ask Micromaxx people that do we buy mobiles to use or to keep at u r service centers. If u r appointing service centers u should keep minimum number of spares at service centers. And if u cant serve u r customers in given time frame them stop u r business, why u play with our money.


Not only my self I saw nearly 5 more people on same hour at service center with same a110 mobiles bringing for service for various problems.
