It is a good fitness band that according to the company can last a month but lasts 45 days for me easily.
The band works seamlessly with an MI device and even unlocks the device via bluetooth without you having to type in the password. However, this feature is not available for other devices.
Notifications are buzzed whenever you are not looking at the phone which is an amazing feature however they do not function on an iOS device.
As far a tracking steps is concerned, Mi Band is very accurate.
Sleep is where the band shines bright. In night time, it perfectly records your sleeping movements but however, if you wake up in the middle of the night to take water, it will think you are awake and stop tracking the rest of the sleep. Also, you cannot activate in the Afternoon or evening when you just wanna take a nap for an hour or so.
Overall - Cheapest and Best Value for money fitness band out in the market.
