I was using Meru cabs for all my Airport transfers sometime back as they were reliable and were easily available online as well as on phone. For the last one year or so I have been facing real issues with them. When I try to book a cab - I get a response that they will confirm 30 minutes prior to the prick up. I tried arguing with them multiple times that 30 mnts before the pick up time - if you say that the cab is not available - I will be left nowhere - as I will not be able to book another cab. But their hands are tied " Sir, this is our policy - we confirm only 30 minutes prior to the pick up time" is their reply. Since then I have moved away from Meru and book Mega and Tab cab - They at least confirm the booking and I can be sure of a cab at my door when I need to catch a flight. If they do not improve this - they will suffer and this attitude will not take them anywhere.
