When its good its too good but when its bad it the worst one ever.
I have been using it for over 7 years and have experienced many changes it has undergone over time. Network speed is good but when there is an error the customer care people need you to call them at least thrice before some action takes place.
Since the last few months it has been as a ritual that my internet goes down for a minimum of 1 week each. You call them and they say are working on it and you are made to hold the line. What next, they simply forget that you are on the line. Call them back after sometime and again repeat your problem. Keep repeating this and if you are lucky enough they will have people to send to solve the problem.
Once done just pray to Almighty that the net doesn't drop again.
