I purchased a Jacket for my son from your franchise Siri Retail Ventures, located in KondaPur. Run by one Mr. Bharath Reddy. The zip of the Jacket failed in its operation in the first use which was on 25/Jul/2013. (Date of Purchase 19 Jul 2013). When I pleaded Mr. Reddy to replace it, he was of the opinion that please understand one in thousand pieces are defective and I can't do much about it.
Although he is just a retailer. I am hopeful that Mee Mee will consider my case and ask Mr. Reddy to replace the product.
I have the bill and the Product but don't have the tag, which by mistake got lost. I sincerely urge the Organization to consider the plea of a paying customer. I am hopeful that my request will not fall on deaf ears again. As of Mr. Reddy is concerned. Please be aware about his store on the left side of the Road to Miyapur. Try to avoid is a general word of caution.
PS: He also is of the opinion that this review does not count. He personally said, he doesn't care what I write on this forum.
