Diana Ssaxena. In the last week. I wish I could rate this hospital less than 1 star.
Booked an appointment at 1 pm
No efficient administration or consideration for senior citizens 5 hours wait without food! No information regarding the wait time . Not recommended.
This is another money making hospital concerned with GOP.
All administration staff are inefficient . The receptionists kept lying that doctor will come shortly which took 5 hours!
My question is if someone is in dire need of medical help, is this the protocol?There is no element of care/ concern.
My father 70 years old who is just recovering from angioplasty was made to sit from 1 pm till 5 pm/ no basic test like BP/ECG/ oxygen etc was done . We were asked to wait in one area for 1 hour then moved to another room for another 1.5 hours and so it continued till 4:45-5pm.
There is no patient doctor confidentiality!
In Dr Trehan's room apart from us there were 5 more patients and doctor started showing the report(cd of angioplasty done in max hospital) In front of all other patients. This was highly unprofessional . He didn't even bother to say basic consoling words like don't worry we will take care of you.
He could not decide what needs to be done so he called another doctor who looked as lost as others. Finally they prescribed a test worth 16, 500!
He neither checked the history of my father's health that he is an ILD patient, I had to highlight this information
Neither did he check the medication or as mentioned before did any preliminary test to asertain whether his ecg is normal or oxygen level is enough!
This hospital is a money making racket .
The hospital may look expensive and claims to be multi speciality but honestly they lack the basic human element!
Big scam
I advise you to refrain from coming to this hospital
I was very disappointed
