I happened to see the new Zen at the showroom.
Looks wise it is a cute little car.
If Maruti would put the 800cc engine of Alto inside it and price it further lower down it would have been the greatest success in the history of Maruti.
But like Maruti did for the Alto the wisdom comes late for Maruti.
It cannot be compared to the Wagon R in terms of space.
But it will give GM a run for money if they launch the new Matiz next year.
Sure it is the cutest car in Maruti stable.The one people love to own in colors like solid red,yellow etc.
Interior had a plesing beige theme with good looking dashboard.
Seat width is comparable with Alto.
Overall a very nice city car for small families.
It delivers 64 bhp and its low end torque of 84 nm (at 3500 rpm) makes it ideal for Indian city conditions
