We bought our Silky Silver coloured Alto yesterday.(3.8.2011). Infact we had an 800 before & served well for 7 yrs.. Alto is really awesome in terms of Looks, Perfomance & has a very good mileage. It can cruise upto 120 kmph without much strain at highways. Its pickup especially in the 1st gear itself is simply superb...
Regarding interiors its far bettter than Maruti 800.. Being an 800cc engine, with 5 gears & 47 ps its perfomance is cool at highways as well as in city.. Alto also scores well in Ghat sections.. It takes you well without much gear change... Since its an Mpfi engine, cold starts wont be a trouble.. Suspensions r ok not bad... It has replaced M.800 in the past few yrs & its the largest selling car in Maruti group...
Regarding maintenance, its totally a trouble free car for which Maruti stands for... Overall Alto is an Evergreen vehicle with a blend of Reliability & Gr8 perfomance.... Maruti suzuki should be highly apppreciated specially for making the Alto...
I really have Gr8 Pleasure while driving this car... Lets go with the Alto!
