MAPLE (APPLE EXCLUSIVE) IS WORST PLACE TO BUY. Review on Maple, Mumbai

I would like to bring to your notice that Maple is worst store to buy any Apple products and for that matter any products or service.

To start with my experience I bought Apple iPhone in 2015 and along with that the sales executive also pitched me for Mobile

Insurance, now since I am purchasing a mobile of more than half a lakh it makes sensible to buy insurance policy as well.

I asked for insurance contract document(policy document) which I believe every individual should ask for when purchasing insurance, but they never provide the document that's the biggest blunder I noticed, I chased them couple of times for the document as they assured me that the document will be courier to my mailing address while I was purchasing the mobile, till date I haven't received the document.

They are selling insurance under their master policy number which is nothing but incorrectly practicing to retain all the premium amount that they have paid to the broker for insuring their products via Universal Insurance Brokers(UIB), what should I tell about UIB - I mean just type UIB under MouthShut heading and you will find enormous complaints about them. I read most of the complaints and believe me they are all very VALID because I have myself went through their irrelevant rejections of claims but I didn't leave hopes I have raised directly with the insurance company and they are looking into my grievances.

Coming back to Maple, they don't provide any after service along with UIB, the call center executives of both the company Maple and UIB are trained roosters with limited product knowledge, even if you ask them logical question regarding their service they don't have reply and usually they keep the call on hold for every query that is raised with them. I have dropped more than dozen of emails to Maples but they don't have courtesy to reply to even one so as of now I am just chasing them till I get reply as to when will my issue get resolved and the reason I am chasing them is because I have raised concerns to Maple, UIB and Insurance company but none of them have replied. And as per commitments made by Maple when I purchased mobile, now they are suppose to look into every concerns that I raise with them.
