I don't like booking hotel offline I use MakeMyTrip or oyo rooms to check the rating of Hotel this was my worst experience with any hotel the hotel is located in a posh area there are no good ambience.
There was no arrangement for any site visit by hotel room quality was not good I took a room of 2500 per day but still that was a non AC room room service was extremely poor all the bed sheet work smelling bad same problem was with the curtains also the waiter wanted tip for each and every small task.
Food was very bad in terms of quality there was not a good menu they just have some standard dishes there were no continental food no Italian food like pizza pasta neither we were allowed to bring anything from outside. There were no proper security arrangementas well I don't think that it's suitable to stay there with your family.
