I got my Maruti Swift car serviced here today. This was my third free service. I had asked for the car to be picked up from home. the driver came well on time (much to my surprise). I had asked for an express service (2 hrs as per Maruti standards) I got a call within 2 hours that the car was ready.
Delivery process at the workshop was also very smooth. the problems reported (Fixing the loose bumper and brake noise) were rectified. Washing and cleaning was done well. The service adviser gave detailed explanation for all queries (regarding wheel balancing and wheel alignment) Overall a good experience.
