Captain Marvel. Review on Maldini

The Italian born star of AC Milan Maldini is nothing short of a superstar... Maldini started playing for the Italian giants since his childhood days and now he is 35 and still going strong... He is the worlds best Central defender without anyone being close to him... He was rated highly when he was a teenager and you can expect now what he is like.

Maldini has shouldered the responsibilty of AC Milan and Italy pretty well and the best thing in this player that along with playing in the heart of the defence he can also play Left back.Football is not an easy game mind you but looking at this man playing makes me change my mind once again...

It would be very hard for the EPL stars to score agianst a defence as good as Milan which also includes the Brazilian star Cafu along with the Dutch star Jaap Stam along with Maldini-the God.

Maldini is the most underrated player in Football History I feel just because of lack of media support and Ten Sports for not telecasting the matches after getting the rights.He is among the Hall of Fame and a little more media support would do him no harm.

If any player is close to him then it would be Rio Ferdinand(open for arguments) as well as Zebina.The upcoming players like John Terry and Jamie Carragher can choose Maldini as their idol and I am pretty sure that the next Maldini would be an English star either John Terry or Rio Ferdinand...

When Man utd met Milan in the Champions League quarters then I thought that Rooney would do it again because I had a feeling that Maldini is growing old as minutes passed by and no one would be able to handle him, but that was my mistake... Milan over the two legs won

2-0... The reason why the score line is Formatted is because man utd failing to score in two Champion League games is something big, as big as maldini's men preventing them from scoring...It was a big win and maldini had a big part to play in that win.

On the whole he is a great player, he is in a different class at present and I wonder when will he kick the football last or will he? 35 and still going strong Maldini has played 90% of the Milan games this season in all competitions and without him AC Milan wouldnt have been in the position they are now.
