I flew Malaysian from Delhi-KL-Singapore-KL-Delhi.
The airline has a good brand name and I was looking forward to flying the airline to experience it first hand. However, right from the start, things were pretty bad.
Hospitality: The air hostesses were harried, and many times were so hassled that they forgot most of the requests. They were bordering on rude. It wasn't as if people were asking for too much, they were just ill-trained. A simple thing like asking for a diet coke with one's meal. It took the air-hostess 3 reminders to turn up with a regular coke. Frankly, I've had better experiences with air hostesses on Indian Airlines.
Aircraft: The aircraft was quite old. I was reading someone else's review on how they have personal tv's in every class....well apparently only on some sectors...not the one going out of delhi at least! And what's more, the big screen at the front was not working!
Food: Food was pretty okay, they gave us a choice of Indian or Western.
Pricing: They have competitive rates if you book in advance.
Overall: Never again! Really not worth it from any angle.
